Hettabretz was founded in 1960 and since the first day, the high quality of its woman collections reached the best boutique and departments store of the whole world: Marie Martin, Beltrami, Bergdorf Goodman, Joyce, Neiman Marcus, Loewe e Eickhoff. Thanks to the love for culture and art beside the creation of this amazing and 100% Italian maison, Hettabretz had rapidly grown beyond the Italian country, and reached the heart of the international aristocracy and  jet set.


During the Seventies, Hettabretz became the leading brand for the aristocracy and the international jet set, conquering the heart of the royal families of England, Holland and Greece,  the Rothschild, Ford, Onassis, and several premiere stars as Audrey Hepburn and Elizabeth Taylor.

During the second part of the Eighties, Hettabretz extended its production, creating the first MAN collection, dedicated to customers asking for exclusive garments and unique pieces. This collection was made choosing the most precious materials such as alligator, crocodile, python, perforated nappa, light cashmere, vicuna and silk.

The Sultan of Brunei, White House’s politicians, and stars as Michael Douglas, Anthony Hopkins and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, became faithful customers. The brand, year by year, growth and evolved maintaining a perfect balance between a contemporary style and a deep love for the tradition of its Italian heritage.
